This policy explains how enquiries sent through the website form are processed. The French privacy policy remains the authoritative version.

Purpose

This data is used only to respond to your request, prepare an estimate, understand your needs and provide commercial follow-up.

Retention

Personal data from unconverted prospects is retained for 24 months after the last contact and is then automatically anonymised. Client data is retained as required for service delivery and applicable legal obligations.

Audience measurement

The website records only aggregate events such as page views, estimate or booking clicks, started forms and submitted enquiries. It stores no visitor identifier, IP address or individual browsing history and uses no analytics cookie.

Necessary cookies

A strictly necessary session cookie may be used to protect the form against fraudulent submissions. It is not used for advertising or profiling and expires when the browser closes.

Recipients

Your data is never sold. It may be processed by the website host and technical providers required to handle your request.
